With no idea what to expect, I had my first breathwork session with Becky. Her friendly approach had me feeling comfortable as we ran through the Conscious Connected breath method and what I could expect. Getting into the practice, Becky was closely attuned to my experience and was able to provide subtle guidance - this allowed me to drop even deeper into the practice.
